My name is Tiffany and I am the owner of Climbing Hill Canines. That's me pictured with my best boy and first ever Aussie, Potato on the day I married the love of my life.
I am originally from Maryland, I moved to Iowa in 2022 after meeting my Husband. Once moved we (I) decided to get a puppy. By happenstance we ended up with our very first Aussie in which I named Potato. I had no intention of ever pursuing the breed because honestly I thought they were a tad overdone, but boy was I wrong. Potato very quickly opened my eyes to just why it seems "everyone" has an Aussie. He is kind, smart, funny, loving, protective, energetic, and just everything you could ever ask for in a best friend. Which is why I decided to embark on my breed preservation journey and be a part of the Australian Shepherds success.
All of the dogs that are in our breeding program, Australian and Miniature American shepherds, are held to the highest standards that we find applicable. We health screen each and every one of our adults to ensure no issues will occur in their pups. Our puppies are raised on our 4- acres and exposed to many different smells, animals and environments before leaving for their new homes.
